Shipping Methods & Costs
All orders for a limited time qualify for FREE shipping. Until New Year's Day 2015
Orders are shipped via the “cheapest way” selected by our warehouse unless express shipping is selected. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, have an APO or APE or International address, free shipping doesn’t apply regardless of your order total. We make every effort to keep your shipping costs to a minimum to these locations.

- Shipments that require extra shipping charges, may not qualify for free shipping. Delivery times in these situations may be longer. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural areas. If this is the case we will contact you before we make any charges to your account.
- Tracking information will be provided to customers with valid email addresses.
- A fee of $15 may be charged for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customers’ error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you provide.
Orders selected for next-day shipping that are placed before 1pm ET will ship the same day. If you select next day on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday. Saturday delivery may be an option for overnight orders placed on Friday. Restrictions apply and not all areas are serviced by Saturday delivery. Our goal is to process and ship your order the same business day it is received. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Your credit card is charged when you place the order. Prompt refunds are made when necessary.

The availability of an item is clearly noted on the Product Detail page by the presence of the "Add To Cart" button. Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are not yet available or may be out of stock. When an item is out of stock, the Add To Cart button will be replaced with the message “Sorry but this item is currently unavailable.” For more information, please read the details below.
Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. In stock items ship the same business day as long as your order is received before 2pm Eastern time. Orders after 2pm, or those placed on the weekend and holidays will ship the next business day.
Please note: Expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Delivery times within the continental USA are typically 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding USA federal holidays.
